(More customer reviews)This is an engaging, unique novel that combines tongue-in-cheek irreverence with what appears to be gritty realism regarding the war on terrorism and the intelligence community. The irreverence comes from Grace's suggestion that the CIA has found out that witchcraft works and is employing it against intelligence targets. The realism comes from Grace's obvious knowlege of the intelligence community, the bureaucratic back-biting and incompetence matched against sincere dedication to duty and personal self-sacrifice. I laughed, I cried. A very satisfying, quick read.
